Windpixel Digital (“Windpixel”, “we”, “us”) is an Australian digital marketing agency based in Perth, Western Australia. We provide local SEO, Google Business Profile management, advertising and related services through our client portal at my.windpixel.com.au.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.
With your explicit consent, you may connect your Google account so we can manage your marketing on your behalf. Depending on the services you use, we request access to: your Google Business Profile (manage your profile, posts, reviews and insights), Google Ads (read campaign data), Google Analytics (read reporting data) and Google Search Console (read search performance data).
We use this data solely to provide and improve the services you have asked us to perform — for example, optimising your Business Profile, publishing posts, responding to reviews, and producing your performance reports. We access it only while you remain a client and you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
Windpixel’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service to you, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising data — where we manage paid advertising for you, we access advertising performance data via the Meta Marketing API (for example ad spend, impressions, clicks, leads and cost-per-result) for the ad accounts you have authorised us to manage. Access is read-only, limited to the accounts you ask us to manage, and used solely to optimise your campaigns and produce your reports. We do not sell this data or use it for any other purpose.
CRM and lead data — for lead-generation clients we connect to your CRM (such as GoHighLevel) with read access to contacts and opportunities, used only to count and report the leads generated for you and to help manage your campaigns.
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the service, under confidentiality obligations: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google and Meta (the advertising and analytics platforms you connect), GoHighLevel (CRM and lead data), and our hosting and database providers. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@windpixel.com.au. On account closure we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it (e.g. tax records).
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the portal. We may use limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
After you contact us through one of our enquiry forms, or open a link in one of our emails, a first-party cookie lets us record which of our pages you view and which of our emails you open or click, for up to 90 days, so we can follow up your enquiry. The cookie itself holds no personal details.
